Pre-Natal Massage
Pregnancy is a journey unlike any other! This is a time of pure joy and also a time of unique aches and pains as your body creates a new life. Pre-natal massage is safe for both mom and baby and can help relieve aches and pains resulting from muscles working overtime, ligaments stretching and joint instability as the body prepares itself for the birth process. Staying relaxed throughout the pregnancy can help aid the birth process as the body has less stress built up and Mom will find it easier to breathe deep. We have special cushions available that allow mom-to-be the comfort and choice of laying on her back, tummy or the side.
*If your pregnancy is high risk, a doctor referral is needed.
*Be sure to let us know when you are scheduling your appointment that you are pregnant and if you
prefer to use the preganany cushions.

Hot Stones
Basalt (lava-formed) stones are heated and then placed under and on your body during your massage. The heat of the stones penetrates through the muscle, causing in an internal change of your core body temperature, resulting in a flushing and detoxification effect. The warmth will soothe your muscles, allowing stored tension to drain away, leaving you with a feeling of deep relaxation.

Body Glow

Moor Mud
Moor Mud takes approximately two hours. Moor Mud is a natural mud harvested from Austria and is used to help draw out impurities, ease muscle and joint pain, cell regeneration, and stimulates blood circulation. It also can be used an anti-inflammatory treatment. This mud is over 1000 years in the making and contains over 100 organic compounds, trace elements, and essential oils.

CranioSacral
Cranio-Sacral is a gentle technique that is done fully clothed. Special hand holds are used along the spine and on the head to help balance what is known as the Cranio-Sacral rhythm. Even though this technique uses only 5 grams of pressure (the same weight as a nickle), it is extremely powerful and can yeild amazing results. Cranio Sacral may help relieve migraine headaches, chronic neck and back pain, TMJ pain, sinus problems, learning disabilites, chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia.

Full Reiki
This age old technique can be dated back to the end of the nineteenth century. Although spiritual in nature, it is in no way religious. The Reiki practioner uses hand holds on your body to help release energy blockages which allow your energy to flow more free and strong within you. This technique is done fully clothed and holds used are very gentle. Reiki can help relieve headaches, bring down fevers, and help prepare the body for surgical procedures as well as increase the bodies ability to heal from the procedure. You will most likely enter a state of calm that allows you relax at a very deep level.

Ear Candling
An age-old treatment that can be dated back to ancient Egyptians, Mayans and Tibetans. This treatment is a simple method for helping to remove excess ear wax, fungus and impaction from within the ear canal. It has also been known to help regulate sinus pressure, assist with post nasal drip, sinusitis, migraines, some forms of hearing loss and restoration of equilibrium. A hollow candle is gently placed in the ear and lit. When lit, the oygen used for the flame creates a vacuum which has the effect of cleansing the sinus cavity.

Infant Massage Classes
Massage (intentional touch) is very different than the act of simply touching. Infant massage can enhance bonding, give baby an awareness of their own body, relieves colic, strengthen muscles, stimulates right/left brain development and coordination, baby (and you) may sleep longer and deeper, helps stregthen and regulate the circulatory, respiratory, and digestive systems.

Paraffin Wax
Paraffin is heavy in molecular weight, it increases the blood supply to the area being treated and traps moisture from underlying layers of skin, resulting in rejuvenated and nourished skin. Paraffin therapy reduces pain and stiffness around joints by removing excess fluid from surrounding tissue while providing lubrication. On-Site Seated Chair Massage
Why settle for a coffee break when you can have a massage! We come to you and will do fully clothed mini-massages. Each massage can be anywhere from 5-15 minutes in length. A mini-massage will provide a complete change of pace so the body and mind can relax and have renewed energy reserves. Studies show that massage in the workplace can boost productivity as muscle tension and the pain it causes is reduced. The nervous system is calmed while the circulatory system is increased, which will boost energy levels and alertness.
