I attended Minneapolis School of Massage and Bodywork and graduated in 1996.  I started my massage career at Olsen Chiropractic in Osceola, WI and at Aveda Spa and Retreat also in Osceola, WI.  I moved to MN and worked at a few different locations in Albert Lea, Austin and Rochester before starting TouchWorks Massage.  I am a Certified Sports/Massage Therapist and have received certificates in Infant Massage Instruction, Pre and Post Natal Massage, Cranio Sacral Level One, Reiki I, II and III (Rieki Master), and Cupping.  I am a member of ABMP.  Other classes/modalities I have been trained in are using Hot Stones, On-site Chair Massage, Body Wraps, Body Scrubs, using Essential Oils, Reflexology, and Tandem Massage.

I attended Riverland Community College and graduated from the Massage Therapy program in 2005. My training includes Massage Theory, Human Anatomy, Physiology, Pathology and Kinesiology along with developing professional communication skills. I am trained in several types of massage. Such as Deep Tissue Massage, Stress Reduction, Myofascial Techniques, Reflexology, Pre Natal and Infant Massage, Hot Stone Massage, On Site Seated Chair Massage, Tandem Massage, and working with special populations. I am a Certified Yoga and Pilates Instructor and have been teaching classes for six years. I am a member of ABMP

I graduated from the Riverland Community College Massage Therapy Program in 2006. I started my massage career at a local salon and spa. In October 2006 I joined TouchWorks Massage.  I am trained in Swedish Massage, Hot Stone Massage, On-Site-Seated Chair Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Tandem Massage, Reflexolgy Treatments and Ear Coning.  I am an ABMP member.

I attened Minnesota School of Business in Rochester, MN and graduated in September 2007.  I started at TouchWorks Massage in October 2007.  I am a Certified Massage Therapist.  My schooling included training in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Lymph Drainage Massage, Cupping, Reflexology, Hot Rocks, Paraffin Wax Treatments, Salt/Sugar Scrubs, using Essential Oils and Ear Coning. I am a member of American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).
